We have great news!Maybe you are wondering: “When is the BVI reopening? Can we still charter a yacht in the Virgin Islands? What’s happening with travel restrictions?” Those and many more questions have been asked in the last couple months. Currently (November 3, 20202) BVI is still closed for tourists and unfortunately many charter vessels that offer charters in the USVI/BVI can’t operate. Here are the two main reasons why. One, BVI is closed for tourism at the moment and nobody can say with certainty when the British Islands are reopening. Two, foreign flag vessels can’t charter in the USVI. And now the good news! Let us create an itinerary that matches your vision for a perfect charter! The beauty of Maine is such that you can't really see it clearly while you live there. But now that I've moved away, with each return it all becomes almost hallucinatory: the dark blue water, the rocky coast with occasional flashes of white sand, the jasper stone beaches along the coast, the pine and fir forests somehow vivid in their stillness. “ Maine Charter Shortly after we arrived in Portland, ME after our transit north, we got ready for our first one week charter in Maine.
